Lot Cha Silver Noodles

 

This dish is a staple in Khmer cuisine. It is made with stir fried silver noodles. It is fun to eat and tastes very savory and flavorful. The significance about this dish is the textures and flavors that are blended throughout.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack lot noodles

  • ½ lb chuck or rib eye

  • 3 eggs

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 3 green onion stalk

  • 1 head of broccoli or Chinese broccoli

SAUCE:

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp corn starch

  • 2 tbsp water

 

Instructions

Prep your vegetables and cut them into bite sized pieces. 

Prep your sauce by combining all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl. 

 Prep your protein and cut them into bite sized pieces.

In a hot wok, add your oil, garlic, protein and sautee them through. Once cooked, add your noodles, your sauce, and your eggs.

 Give it a nice mix, serve and Enjoy!
